Qualified candidates will have the opportunity to join the Salesforce Manager and team of SalesForce.com experts in working directly with our sales, marketing, business development, and client services cost centers in creating operational efficiencies and platform integration in our CRM Platform, SalesForce.com.

What you'll be doing:

  • Create operational efficiencies throughout the organization
  • Deliver process and workflow efficiencies and platform integrations
  • Design and maintain operational processes related to day-to-day internal client support
  • Facilitate meetings with peers and management to translate and simplify requirements
  • Participate in the design and requirements for new products and new processes as well as support them from a maintenance perspective upon release
  • Advise and mentor new team members on providing a consultative approach and high customer service touch to drive and maintain and evolving CRM database


What we're looking for:

  • 5+ years of SalesForce.com Admin experience
  • SalesForce.com Administration Certification is a plus
  • Bachelor Degree
  • High-energy and passion for winning
  • Highly principled, exhibits integrity, and treats people with respect, irrespective of their rank or responsibility
  • Demonstrated resiliency and not afraid to be a contrarian
  • Exhibits intellectual curiosity and proactive problem-solving skills, i.e. always wanting the "right" answer and best solution to a challenge
  • Goal-oriented self-starter who enjoys taking initiative and seeing results
  • Does not mind taking direction but is comfortable working on his/her own to achieve desired results
  • Creative risk-taker who practices sound judgment and enjoys accountability
  • Superior communications abilities: oral, written and presentation
  • Comfortable having accountability to multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to "sell" ideas and influence others, in particular decision-makers
