We are looking for a hands-on QA expert with a proven ability to direct and improve quality programs, reduce defects and improve overall efficiency and productivity including working on automation.
In addition, highly adept at developing and implementing test strategies, operational procedures, and quality methodologies to support the development and release of business applications in the international geographically dispersed company.
What You Will Own?
- Lead the Quality Agenda within the scrum teams
- Sign Off on feature/release readiness
- Drive, execute and expand End-to-End testing and monitoring strategy
- Define quality methodologies and standards
What do You Need for Success?
- At least 5 years QA experience with a deep understanding of quality and processes
- Deep understanding of development lifecycle in SCRUM (Agile) world
- Hands-on writing automation tests.
- Knowledge of manual testing
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
- Strong analysis & problem-solving skills
- BSC. In computer science
