Our Sr. Incentive Compensation Configuration Analyst must possess very strong quantitative and analytical abilities. Beckman Coulter Life Sciences is actively looking for a well-organized and self-motivated Sr. Incentive Compensation Configuration Analyst to join our Team.

Job Purpose

To work within the global Sales Operations team, reporting to the Manager Sales Incentive Compensation, with responsibility for the implementation, testing, audit, and maintenance of the data integration architecture, plan programming, and position updates in the Callidus Cloud (Commissions) incentive compensation system. The Sr. Incentive Compensation Configuration Analyst will also provide analytical and information systems support to the department by gathering inputs/ requirements, documenting processes, and analyzing sales information to be used to process incentive compensation on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis for multiple countries. The role will apply a strong functional understanding of business processes related to Finance, Field Sales, Sales Management, Sales Operations, Salesforce, CPQ, Oracle, and OBI.

  • Serve as a system administrator for the Callidus Cloud software applied to process Incentive Compensation
  • Administration of the data integration architecture that handles storage, movement, and analysis of data from multiple platforms, across a variety of data sources, critical for processing compensation and related reporting.
  • Understand comprehensive plan requirements to translate the design into working solutions for execution and process automation
  • Implement business changes in the Callidus tool and adjust Plans, Rules, Formula, Rates, Quota, Positions, Territories, Classifications, etc.
  • Run preset processes as well as coding to applications
  • Administer Callidus Commissions per monthly, quarterly, and annual schedule
  • Review and troubleshoot Reports, Statements, and Dashboards
  • Process ad-hoc queries to analyze sales operations data and create reporting using various business tools: (Salesforce.com, DOMO, Business Objects, OBI, SAP)
  • Use VBA / SQL to develop new IC / HR projects (VBA, Macros, Modules, Classes, Tables, Queries, Form Design, Mapping)
  • Problem solve requests, model future-state proposals, and evaluate global workstreams to provide support in standard methodologies and technology-driven solutions


Qualifications

  • BA or BS in Business Administration, Finance, or IT
  • 3+ years of proven experience with strong financial/operational systems in a corporate environment
  • Analytical and technical background; ability to adhere to the Agile Methodology best practices and conform to strict timelines
  • Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Designer and Extension Experience)
  • Proficiency (3-5+ yrs) in Microsoft Access 2003-2010, VBA, and building databases
  • Expert ability to provide organized data sets, to understand data flow and logic
  • Working knowledge of SQL and other common database development technologies
  • Familiarity with SFDC, including the organization of data and building reports
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Proactive work ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced fluid and dynamic environment
  • Ability to manage multiple, high priority activities and to prioritize them in the monthly processing cycle
  • Flexible job schedule when business tasks, projects, and/or travel necessitates working across time zones


Preferred:

  • Experience with Callidus Commissions, Oracle, OBI
  • Configuration experience with tier one commission systems such as Synygy, Callidus, TrueComp, Xactly, Oracle Incentive Compensation module
  • Familiarity with databases, and/or data flow
  • Tableau, WorkDay, and NetSuite applications
  • Crystal report

Salary range $71,000 to $100,000 plus bonus and benefits.
