We are searching for an experienced systems architect to join our fast-growing Enterprise Systems team to help lead our system optimization and adoption. You will partner with a diverse group of stakeholders to unlock our enterprise system capabilities enabling efficient growth strategies. The day to day.
The Systems Architect is responsible for the architectural design, development, and deployment of the enterprises overall systems:
- Provide guidance, leadership and technical expertise for all Enterprise System initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze needs; translate them into technical specifications and design documents
- Work with development teams to create an architectural model before moving forward with POC.
- Proactively identify potential areas for opportunities by leveraging your knowledge and experiences, and from partnering with the system owners; propose a process, data, or systematic solutions to those opportunities.
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with key partners across the company by communicating clearly and regularly.
- Document system processes, configurations, and best practices to facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
- Act as a mentor and provide guidance to junior team members to foster a collaborative and innovative work environment
Your skills and expertise.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 10+ years of experience with financial systems, carrying out the functions of a product owner, lead, and/or architect
- 5+ years of experience implementing solutions using NetSuite
- Understanding of ERP modules and related business process framework, ERP Security, and inbound and outbound integrations with ERP
- A true problem solver, possessing excellent communication, and organization skills
- Strong knowledge of Agile principles and processes.
- Strong understanding of data mapping, transformation, and synchronization between different systems
- Proficiency in REST and SOAP APIs, and have experience with API documentation, testing, and monitoring
Preferred Skills:
- An understanding of common industry-standard business practices related to Accounting (Revenue, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Close, Consolidation, Reporting, Tax, Treasury), Purchasing Management (Purchasing and Fulfillment), and Support (Case Management)
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, and other Oracle NetSuite development tools
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, database administration, and other related technologies
- Salesforce or Celigo experience is a plus but not required

Base Salary Range
$164,000.00 - $246,000.00
We believe that compensation should be reflective of the impact you have within the organization relative to the market value of your role. The estimated base salary range for this position is as listed above. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Our salary ranges are determined by job role and responsibilities and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for salaries for the position nationwide. The actual base pay will vary based on various factors including job-related skills and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process.
