SENIOR ERP APPLICATION SERVICES ENGINEER - REMOTE
The Select Group is currently looking for a Senior ERP Application Services Engineer to join one of their TOP Biotechnology clients. The Select Groups' client is looking for a Senior ERP Application Services Engineer to be the lead responsible for ensuring performance and reliability of the enterprise resource planning (ERP) system through day-to-day health maintenance and ongoing improvement efforts

SENIOR ERP APPLICATION SERVICES ENGINEER REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ Years' Experience administering ERP products
• SQL, PL SQL, Query, and Scripting
• Experience Working Independently

PLUS SKILLS:

• ERP systems experience as a Lead
• Experience with Deltek ERP

SENIOR ERP APPLICATION SERVICES ENGINEER RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Serve as a technical lead on process improvement and implementation/upgrade projects and provide guidance to the business in the use of the tools according to best practice.
• Leads the evaluation, escalation, and resolution of issues with current ERP systems
• Serves as the "super user" for ERP systems software and provides guidance on how best to utilize the software to meet requirements, as well as providing explanation and troubleshooting support to end users
• Collaborates with integration team to provide required system data for consumption by other applications
• Maintains and updates custom scripts
• Works with corporate stakeholders to design and execute current ERP system test plans
• Assists with audit requirements
• Performs application and database maintenance as needed to ensure performance, makes recommendations for archival and deletion of historical data
• Works projects through to completion while keeping project team members, stakeholders, vendors and senior IT management informed of issues and overall status
• Gathers and analyzes business requirements from stakeholders and researches potential solutions
• Translates high-level technical specifications into specific product/service details.
