Overview

A Senior Software Engineer for this team would be responsible for building automation software and related tools, as part of the global team. The individual will be directly working with the India & US based product teams and needs to demonstrate the ability to collaborate and drive product implementation.

Desired to have this role located in our Burlington, MA office, but open to a remote role for the right person.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of assigned software and non-software deliverables.
• Suggest and implement optimum design changes
• Production of efficient and fully documented automation test scripts through Coded UI and WBT.
• Achievement of agreed productivity targets to ensure developments are delivered within budget, to schedule and to defined quality standards.
• Providing solutions for complex software problems
• Completion of all necessary software and non-software components in the timeline
• Migrating legacy automation code and reduce complexity and DB dependency.
• Migrating code from different visual studio versions

Qualifications

Academic and Professional Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or relevant Technical / Business Experience.

Experience:

• 5 to 8 Years of strong technical experience of building or working on enterprise software applications
• Expert on Microsoft technologies like Microsoft CodedUI/Selenium/Appium, White Box Testing, C#.NET, MSTest Framework, and related Automation testing frameworks
• Proficient knowledge of SQL Server 2012,2016, 2019 with stored procedure programming skills
• Exposure to tools like TFS, MTM
• Experience working in the Agile Scrum Model in automation testing
• Good Team player and leadership abilities
• Exposure to cross location teams and ability to work independently with both internal and external stakeholders across locations
• Excellent Problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal & written communication skills

Nice to Have:

• Background in the Healthcare domain
• Experience working in the Agile/SaFe organizations

Travel Requirements:

• Very little or no travel is required in this role
• May require other travel for business needs

Working Arrangements:

• Work is performed in a standard office environment with minimal exposure to health or safety hazards
