As the Solutions Architect Manager at WalkMe, you'll manage our Solution Architects globally who discover, scope, design, and build innovative solutions for our customers. You'll help initiate and extend WalkMe's product capabilities to help support our growth by assisting customers in meeting their desired goals by using WalkMe's product. You will report to the VP of our Technical Account Managers organization.

What You'll Own

• Develop the team's skills to provide high level of service to our customers
• Manage the team workload and assign the team's tasks for customers and team members distributed internationally
• Coach others, recognize their strengths, and encourage them to take ownership of their personal development.
• Use multiple sources of information including broader stakeholder views to develop solutions and recommendations.
• Consult on global trends, and how they influence customers.
• Simplify complex technical messages, highlighting and summarizing key points.
• Anticipate customers' technical risks and opportunities to ensure long-term success with WalkMe.
• Align with Engineering, Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Support to bring the value of WalkMe to our customers

What You Need to Succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT-related field, or relevant experience
• 3+ years in a technical leadership role with a desire to coach and build a diverse team
• 5+ years experience in a technical, customer facing role including solution delivery and integrations.
• 2+ years of experience with gathering requirements and preparing specifications.
• Project management experience
• Experience in collaborating with product and engineering teams to develop and launch features - advantage
• Experience with SaaS – advantage
