Solutions Architect - IT Automation (GLOBAL)
Position Overview
The mission of "Automation Excellence" unit in IT Digital Foundation (IT DF) has two dimensions, and we put people in the center of both these dimensions - (1) Delivering a modern and "Touchless" IT service experience for our end users so they can focus on creating business value (2) Enabling our IT colleagues to direct their skill and attention to high-value and rewarding work instead of mundane operations.
To work towards this mission, we are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Solutions Architect who will help drive and develop IT automation and service integration solutions in line with business and IT strategy as well as automation trends in the market.
The IT Automation Solution Architect will work closely with service teams across the IT organization to identify manual process inefficiencies and pain points in their service operations and build effective, scalable solutions to mitigate them. This role requires a broad range of functional and technical knowledge to understand the IT systems, networks, hardware, and software services for which automation solutions are to be developed.
