THE TEAM

Our Information Technology (IT) team is Zuora's internal engineering organization, responsible for creating technology experiences that connect our teams, drive business alignment and build a stronger, more collaborative work “place.” With a cloud-first approach, we empower our global ZEOs with increased productivity and self-service to enable company growth, scale and flexibility while hardening our security and compliance posture.

THE OPPORTUNITY

As the Solutions Architect - IAM, you will act as the subject matter expert for Identity and Access Management technologies such as Active Directory (AD), Okta, Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), Privilege Access Management (PAM). You will drive governance, strategy and cross-functional alignment within IT as well as with key stakeholders. Become the champion for key technologies and standards for IAM domain in Zuora

WHAT YOU’LL ACHIEVE

• Act as the technical subject matter expert and lead the technology and architecture initiatives for enterprise IAM.
• Architect, design, and support implementation of technical controls within the IAM domain.
• Create and manage technology roadmaps for the domain and adopt best practices, guidelines and standards.
• Lead architectural and design guidance for Active Directory, Okta SSO, Okta ASA, PKI, etc.
• Participate in Incident management and triage of security incidents as necessary.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

• 8+ years of experience in architecture, design for Active Directory for complex enterprise environments.
• 5+ years of experience managing Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) for SaaS organizations.
• 3+ years of experience with IAM technologies such as AWS Cognito, Okta SSO, CloudFlare Access etc.
• Experience working in an Agile environment with Jira, Confluence and GitOps. 
• Excellent communication skills, able to partner with the business and work as part of an integrated team.
• Industry certifications are a plus.
• Knowledge of Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines, GIT and other DevOps principles preferred.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.

• Knowledge of security best practices
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, related field or equivalent years of relevant experience
