Corteva Agriscience has an exciting and challenging opportunity for you as a Solution Architect. The job location is flexible, with a preference of Wilmington DE, Midland MI, and Indianapolis IN.
Overview:
A solution architect creates and manages the overall vision for a specific solution to a business problem or opportunity space. This role is ultimately responsible for our team's delivered data solutions. To accomplish this, they must closely examine different elements of business, information, and technology then propose and orchestrate a combination of building blocks for a solution that integrates quality data with business-driven process. This role requires a breadth of knowledge in both technical and business inner workings.

What would be your role:

• Work with stakeholders across the business to identify business data owners and design requirements for data needs
• Work with business impact experts to design processes that integrate data solutions directly into the process
• Design high-level data flows to guide solution build
• Orchestrate activities with data scientists, developers, and technical SMEs to design and build complex, cross-functional data solutions
• Provide macro-level documentation for all delivered solutions
• Manage the data systems, analysis, and automation required for planning and reporting.
• Provide accurate data and thoughtful analysis in a timely manner.
• Evaluate new potential data tracking methods (development and design work).
• Provide best practice data solution guidance and oversight with teammates
• Refine data collection processes with continuous improvement in mind.
• Partner with other functions to elevate use and visibility of critical data elements.

• Data Scientists, Developers, and SMEs in our Data Solutions Team.
• May also engage external resources in order to meet objectives.

To be considered you'll need:

• BS degree in related field.
• 5 years of experience in a technical role.
• Knowledge of standard technical principles and practices for designing and building data solutions (dashboards, reports, data capture for workflow automation, etc)

Would be even better if you had:

• BS in Computer Science/IT discipline
• 5-10 years of experience within data solution initiatives
• Experience in the agriculture business
• Understanding of technical approaches disciplines to solve complex problems
