Our Service Cloud Voice practice is looking for a Solution Architect to join the team! The perfect candidate will be an enthusiastic and technology proficient person, who understands complex processing needs and cloud infrastructure of web applications. You'll be expected to understand the core AWS services and apply best practices regarding security and scalability. If you love learning and implementing new technology, with the passion to write code, we’d love to talk to you!

You'll have the opportunity to:

  • Facilitate business process reviews to identify customer requirements and processes
  • Translate customer requirements into contact center design, leveraging best practices and minimizing the need for custom development
  • Configure Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect solutions
  • Develop technical requirements and specifications for customers and the technical delivery team
  • Drive best practice contact center design into each and every aspect of solution delivery
  • Effectively manage all aspects of projects and customer communications
  • Deliver customer end user training and documentation
  • Oversee and be accountable for the successful completion of all aspects of assigned projects
  • Exercise independent judgment, and take the lead role on enterprise level projects with minimal direction from senior management
  • Lead vision and strategy discussions with contact center and customer service leadership and management
  • General Troubleshooting and debugging

Required Qualifications:

  • Solid understanding of Amazon Web Services architecture
  • Knowledge of JSON architecture
  • API integration experience
  • Knowledge of CRM solutions and integrations with contact centers like Amazon Connect
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Working knowledge and experience with the following AWS Services below

  • Comprehend
  • Connect
  • DynamoDB
  • Kinesis Data
  • Kinesis Video
  • Lambda
  • Lex
  • S3
  • Transcribe
  • Polly

AWS Management Services

  • CloudFormation
  • CloudTrail

  • Secrets Manager

Certifications - One or more of the following:

  • AWS Associate Developer Certification or higher
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator
  • AWS Solution Architect Certification
  • AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification

Nice to haves:

  • Contact Center architecture knowledge
  • Working knowledge of voip communication protocols like SIP, WebRTC
  • Experience building contact centers based on Amazon Connect Contact Center solution
  • Salesforce Service cloud knowledge
  • Salesforce knowledge
  • Experience with WorkForce Management solutions
  • Experience working with outbound dialers, campaign management
