Join the Optum Marketing Technology team as a Solution Architect. We are responsible for creating an industry leading consumer engagement platform. You will be responsible for designing and delivering a modern cloud-based communications platform across multiple lines of business. Primary Responsibilities:

• Creating business architecture models demonstrating how products, operations and systems interoperate within the organization
• Conduct analysis to determine best path for solving business problems/opportunities that may include process improvement, systems enhancement, user training, and / or software procurement
• Ensure solutions developed across organization are aligned to enterprise architecture standards and principles, leverage common solutions and services, and meet financial targets (cost and benefits)
• Provides overall direction, guidance, and definition of business architecture to effectively support business strategy
• Acts as a subject matter expert in the development of architecture framework and artifact determination
• Evaluate and present information that will facilitate effective and timely decision-making through written and oral communication materials that effectively summarize findings with recommendations
• Functions as a liaison to Business and IT partners in order to gain a broad understanding of industry trends and innovations, and their impact on technology
• Collaborate to ensure that requirements are in alignment with business strategies and business architecture roadmap/framework
• Present and evaluate design solutions objectively and facilitate conflict resolution

Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience at the intersection of Business and IT Strategy
• Experience building client relationships and collaborate with internal and external clients
• Experience recognizing issues and opportunities within the business domains, functional interdependencies, and cross-silo opportunities
• Experience applying architectural principles, methods, and tools to business challenges
• Experience understanding and assessing a client's current IT capabilities/business architecture/operating model
• Experience creating solution for cloud and hybrid platform
• Broad understanding of technology and how it's used to drive business growth and / or efficiencies
• Business modeling and analysis experience in developing business architecture deliverables

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience building consumer profile management systems
• Experience with cloud based, streaming and IAAS solutions. MS Azure experience is valued
• Experience with marketing technology solutions. Experience with Adobe
• Experience Platform
