YOUR ROLE
Immuta helps the government to ethically and securely share and utilize data to support medical research, discover fraud, waste and abuse, and protect the nation. The Public Sector Solution Architect role will work with government leaders to show how Immuta improves their mission outcomes, to increase Immuta's value proposition, install base, brand awareness and customer satisfaction. You will be a part of the Public Sector team but matrix to the Solution Architects group working across other markets to provide technical, functional, and design support to our Public Sector Team through the entire sales cycle. The ideal person will have refined interpersonal and verbal communication skills, experience working with federal customers and a genuine interest in our customers' missions and successful integration of Immuta. Experience as a sales engineer / solutions engineer involved in selling products to government agencies is preferred. Candidates must be a U.S. citizen.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with GTM Team to attend customer calls, on-site meetings, and trade shows to position Immuta as a technology of choice.
- Build custom demos for customers.
- Identify customer needs and requirements and educate them on data governance solutions via whiteboard, visio, proposal, etc.
- Define all elements of a customer's analytics computing environment.
- Answer customer questions and respond to RFI/RFPs
- Provide technical consultation and disseminate customer requirements information to the GTM and Customer Success teams.
- Define customer acceptance criteria for evaluation projects.
- Able to set priorities and keep the team focused on the important tasks.
WE VALUE
- 3+ years experience in a technical sales role, working with an enterprise software or data product.
- Understanding of SQL and database and data warehouse technology.
- Familiarity with Databricks, Snowflake, Trino/Presto DB and other data analytic platforms.
- Familiarity working with large systems integrators such as Deloitte, Accenture, Booz Allen Hamilton
- Cloud Data Architecture, Data Analytics, and Programming experiences desired.
- Excellent communication skills: interpersonal, written, visual (presentations), and verbal.
- Comfortable presenting to executive management, highly technical engineers, and larger audiences.
- Multitasking, critical thinking skills, and the ability to influence and manage multiple priorities are essential.
