Software Solution Architect and Test Engineer, Mid
Key Role:
Develop solution architecture (SA) and resolve complex issues in a variety of projects through the implementation of requirements analysis, expertise support and project supervision. Apply specific functional, working, and general industry knowledge. Develop or contribute to solutions for a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Work independently with some guidance and review or guide the activities of junior employees.
Basic Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience with testing or developing software applications
- Experience with designing test scripts
- Experience with test methodologies, software release cycle, test effort estimation, and tracking
- Experience in Linux or UNIX environments
- TS/SCI clearance
- HS Diploma or GED
- Ability to obtain Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC Certification within 6 months of hire
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience with testing Cloud-based architectures
- Experience with test automation
- Experience with an Agile release methodology
- Knowledge of government contracting practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment
- Possession of excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
- Bachelor's degree preferred; Master's degree a plus
- Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC Certification a plus
