Job Description As a member of our Software Engineering team, You will manage talented engineers to solve business problems through innovation and engineering best practices. You will be required to apply your depth of knowledge and expertise to all aspects of the software development life cycle and partner continuously with your many stakeholders daily to stay focused on common goals. You will work in a collaborative, trusting, thought-provoking environment-one that encourages diversity of thought and creative solutions that are in the best interests of our global customers. You will lead the team by providing technical guidance to build a next-generation payment processing platform to process high volume of transactions per day.
This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including, but not limited to:
Computer science engineering degree or equivalent.
Must have 15+ years of experience with SDLC.
Must have at-least 5+ years of experience in managing engineers.
Must have knowledge about distributed systems design.
Must have an experience in building distributed applications using the core Java spring framework.
Must have an experience in building REST-ful micro-services using spring boot application.
Must have some experience in application and data architecture design principles.Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals.
Prior experience in cloud-based technology like AWS is a plus.
Required some level of understanding with Dockers and Kubernetes.
Previous experience in financial transactions in Banking/FinTech sector is a plus.
