As an experienced Software Engineer, your mission is to help lead our team of innovators and technologists toward creating next-level solutions that improve the way our business is run. Responsibilities:

• Lead in the full software development life cycle of analysis, design, development, testing and implementation of various projects
• Design and develop scalable and efficient applications with concise, testable code
• Design and develop RESTful Web Services
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders on requirements and implementation details
• Lead team members in adoption of best practices for test driven development and writing concise, reusable code
• Work with a team that is spread globally to ensure that common goals are met

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in Java, Spring framework technologies with 10+ years of hands on development
• Must have excellent knowledge of micro service design principles and Kubernetes
• Strong experience writing RESTful web services
• Strong proficiency with persistence technologies such as SQL platforms
• Experience with modern agile software delivery practices such as scrum, continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD), TDD, and BDD, DevOps, and automation
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as GIT and SVN
• Excellent knowledge of application, data and infrastructure architecture disciplines
• Demonstrated ability to architect, design and lead development of software components through production releases
• Have excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet multiple deadlines and ability to prioritize and organize
