How You'll Help Us Connect the World.

A Software Engineer at the CommScope PKI Center develops software to provide various digital security services to internal and external customers, including cryptographic data generation, distribution and provisioning, code signing, online certificate authority, and product feature licensing.

Here, you will join a team of dedicated software and QA engineers with a diverse group of backgrounds in a collaborative environment. This role will analyze software requirements and use software development tools to implement desktop/web applications, libraries, SDKs, and micro-services. In addition, the engineer will receive mentorship from more senior engineers, collaborate with external parties for system integration, and provide necessary engineering support to the operations team. Required Qualifications for Consideration:

• A completed Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Computer Engineering from an accredited college is required or graduating by June 2022.
• Programming skills in C++, C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core including ASP.NET, Java, JavaScript, HTML, XML, XSLT, and proven experience in object-oriented design/programming.
• Skilled in problem-solving and analytical reasoning.
• Expert verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate vision and strategy in a way that encourages and motivates with focused intention.
• Proficient in working with a group of people to achieve a shared goal or outcome in an effective way.
• Skilled in following company standards and protocols closely with a definite commitment to quality.
