Overview

The primary purpose of this role is to perform software coding, testing and supporting documentation in the areas of development and maintenance for our Sunrise Financial Manager product of the Allscripts Sunrise solution.

Responsibilities

• Adherence of development processes as part of the SAFe Agile framework.
• Coding, testing, documentation in the areas of development and maintenance.
• Assume full ownership of assigned software and non-software deliverables.
• Work with business analysts and/or product owners on requirements refinement as needed.
• Creation of accurate technical design specifications as required to meet the organizations standards.
• Development and execution of unit test cases when appropriate for ongoing validation.
• Production of efficient and fully documented software code.
• Creation of supporting technical and installation documentation as required.
• Completion of all tasks in the timescales as defined by the product owner and scrum master.
• Peer code reviews and sign-off of design changes
• Timely and accurate reporting of project status as required by scrum team standards
• Escalate product issues and suggest product improvements
• Escalate all issues in a timely fashion
• Mentor junior team members in best practices and standards

Qualifications

Academic and Professional Qualifications:

• Successful completion of a bachelor's degree or relevant technical experiences

Experience:

• 2-5 years' experience
• Strong SQL skills
• Experience with Windows Communication Foundation for service apps
• Experience with .NET
• Experience with Angular
• Experience with JavaScript
• Experience in C# programming
• Prefer experience or background in Accounting or Financial business practices
• Prefer experience in Azure services and hosted implementations.
• Prefer experience with Teams Foundation Server for code and task management.

Travel Requirements:

• Very little to no travel is required in this role

Working Arrangements:

• Monday through Friday or as defined by local requirements
