Overview

BigBear.ai is seeking a software engineer interested in applying machine learning techniques against cyber threats in a research environment. The candidate will investigate novel ML tools and techniques to identify cyber defense force multipliers. The technical environment includes Python, Lambda Stack, Docker, and whatever else you deem necessary to achieve the research objectives.

What you will do

• Setup Docker containers/an execution solution that allow AI/ML experiments to be run
• Facilitate dataset access for analytic-writing; aid in transferring and setting up the datasets as well
• Assist with python coding for AI/ML experimentation, both on Lamdba and other environments

What you need to have

• Clearance: Must Possess and maintain TS with Polygraph
• Technical degree plus seven years' experience as a software engineer; four additional years of experience may be substituted for the degree.
• Python programming experience

What we'd like you to have

- ML libraries like PyTorch

- Docker (container management, specialized container creation, etc)

- Orchestration (Phantom)

- Lambdastack or other similar GPU server

- Any Linux Systems Administration skill
