In this role, you will work as a full stack developer in languages like React, Java, Python, Typescript along with cloud technologies such as AWS. You will work as part of a cross-functional team reimagining the next generation of business processes, systems and user experiences that will make it easy to integrate with us and set us ahead of the competition.

Responsibilities:

• Participate and foster an atmosphere of innovation and experimentation
• Work in an agile/lean and DevOps environment with a focus on product development
• Strive for customer focus through high cross-functional teams and collaborate with our IT and business teams all with diverse perspectives
• Able to work on software development/solutions. Conduct analysis, development, elicit requirements, write correct and clean coding, automated testing, debugging, documentation, quality assurance review, implementation and maintenance. Able to work on multiple layers of the solution if needed. Participates in technical design of features.
• Able to work with on multiple layers of the solution if needed. Growing expertise in at least one large area of the code/solution with a high-level understanding of other components. Ensure established controls, policies, regulations and recommend mitigation strategies are followed during development. Ensure system is secure and meets policy and regulatory requirements during development.
• Take on tasks of increasing complexity, learn quickly and make steady progress without the need for constant significant feedback from more senior engineers. Own small to medium features from technical design through completion.
• Develop well-crafted software and constantly improve upon it by applying industry standards, patterns and best practices.
• Perform other job-related duties or special projects as required.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree (preference in a computer science, technology, engineering or math-related field or equivalent experience) or equivalent experience
• 2+ years proven experience as an IT professional
• 1+ years of experience with Java in a professional work environment
• Excellent planning, organizational, problem-solving, analytical, decision-making and communication skills required
• Must be able to maintain a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality
• May be required to provide on-call support

Preferred Skills:

• Cloud experience (AWS)
• Experience building highly scalable distributed systems
• Ability to work across multiple languages (e.gNET, Python, TypeScript)
• ETL tooling Informatica
• Continuous learning - ability to obtain certification(s) in an IT related field
• Basic leadership skills
• Excellent time management skills

Salary Range Information

Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.

$58700 - $142800 / year
