Responsibilities

We have an exciting opportunity on the US Insurance Solutions (USIS) Non-Qualified Team for a Software Engineer who will thrive in a constantly advancing agile culture.

We are looking for an Engineer who can help build upon our core platform and other integrated systems. You will need to be flexible and adaptable. Flexible in that you are comfortable playing various roles within the team as needed. And, adaptable in that learning and growing are key as is a willingness to do what it takes.

Your day will be filled with:

Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree with a preference in a science, technology, engineering, or math (STEM) related field or equivalent work experience (6 years of experience equates to an Associate's degree when defining "equivalent work experience")
  • 3+ years of professional software development experiece working with Java
  • Strongest candidates will have exposure to many of the bullets below

Additional preferred skills/experience:

  • Modern JavaScript frameworks and Java development
  • SQL exposure
  • Working within the cloud environment (AWS preferred)

Salary Range Information
Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.Salary Range
$73100 - $172800 / yearAdditional Information
