Job Description:
Seeking an experienced C/C++ Developer to support maintenance activities and enhancements for a Claim's application. The position can be located in various Bank of America locations within the US.
Role Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for developing and delivering software requirements to accomplish the business goals of Enterprise Claims
  • Ensures software is developed to meet functional, non-functional, and compliance requirements
  • Contributes to story grooming and refinement
  • Code and unit test the solution to meet acceptance criteria and compliance requirements

Required Skills:

  • At least 3+ years of programming experience using C and/or C++
  • Experience working with Informix or a similar database
  • Knowledge in functional testing, component integration testing, system integration testing and performance testing.
  • Strong communication skills; proactively bring forward concerns


Desired Skills:

  • Familiarity with Linux Shell Scrip and DevOps Tools such as -Git, Maven, Jenkins, BitBucket
  • Experience working in a Agile or Agile like environment
  • Experience with Jira/Horizon or a similar tool
  • Works independently, with limited direction, and is evaluated through end results
