Gopuff's advertising department is growing at rocket speed, and we are building a world class engineering team to support the business! We are seeking a Software Engineer who is excited about innovating simple solutions and building system designs and architecture to help our businesses scale, help advertisers reach their target audience, and ensure that we deliver advertisements in a way that Gopuff consumers will be receptive to.
We are building across different layers of the stack: front-end, APIs, back-end, and data processing systems. We are looking for growth-minded people who are eager to learn and solve ambiguous problems both efficiently and elegantly. We are looking for someone who's passionate about inspiring their team members, and excel at delivering high quality products, systems and services within our growing engineering team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science (or related field) and 3+ years of industry experience (OR) 5+ years of industry experience
• Deep understanding of front-end products or back-end systems
• Software development experience: plan, design, code, test, deploy, measure
• Experience working independently and delivering business outcomes for ambiguous projects and features
• Driving engineering excellence and operational excellence
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional partners and teams
