Assist with the design, coding, configuration, testing, debugging, and documentation of new or modified software applications that meet business requirements and enterprise performance and architecture standards.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.

  • Support teams during UAT and Production/Pilot phases
  • Support existing Bots servers, Triggers and Orchestrator whenever necessary.
  • Supporting the existing bot processes and implementing change requirements as part of a structured change control process.
  • Resolution of issues that arise in day-to-day management of robotic processes & providing timely responses & solutions as required.
  • Maintain RPA and monitor the successful execution of automation product.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Qualifications:

1. High School diploma or GED Knowledge of programming software applications with up to four years of experience

2. Foundational knowledge of business concepts and terms

3. Effective verbal and written communication skills for the purpose of providing basic information about technical designs and system requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in full life RPA cycle implementations (i.e., requirements, feasibility study, analysis, design, implementation, testing, deploying, and operations & maintenance).
  • Understands software development methodology, configuration management and lifecycle
  • 1-2 years of experience with one or more RPA tools (UiPath preferred)
  • Knows how to prioritize requests effectively and efficiently and work with a sense of urgency as determined by the client or management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including good client interaction skills with the ability to present technical details to a non-technical audience as well as produce clear and concise written documentation
  • Work with developers and application owners to implement the change & document it appropriately.
  • Experience troubleshooting and providing solutions for production issues raise by either end user / automated monitors
  • Understanding the existing bot processes and implementing change requirements as part of a structured change control process.
  • Solving the issues that arise in day to day running of UiPath processes and providing timely responses and solutions as required.
