Belay Technologies is seeking a Software Engineer (SWE), Full Stack Developer with a focus on front end development for Language Architecture Modernization. The SWE should have experience with web services and database development. The SWE will be working on a web-based product that provides focused functionality for transcribing/translating data within an analysts' workflow.
Candidates should have the following qualifications:

• TS/SCI Clearance with full scope polygraph
• Seven (7) years of experience as a SWE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
• Four (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.

Candidates are required to have the following skills:

• Experience/understanding in languages: Very strong JavaScript and Java
• Experience/understanding in languages: Frameworks/Libraries: BackboneJS and VueJS preferred, Springboot, jquery, jersey
• Experience/understanding in languages: Databases: Mongo DB, elastic search, oracle, mysql
• Experience/understanding in languages: Git, Jira, Jenkins, tomcat, vrt.x, Tiny MCE
