As a 2022 FIS University Program full-time employee, you will have the opportunity to participate in team projects, community service activities, professional development seminars and work with a team that is invested in your growth, development, and success; including quarterly performance connects with your manager and bi-annual merit reviews.
This two-year full-time program has start dates in January, March, June, and September with a dedicated "Learning Week" where you will;

• Learn how to work within a corporate environment
• Learn the structure of FIS and options for growth within the organization
• Hear from FIS leadership about their journey and participate in senior leader networking opportunities
• Build a network of your peers from across the organization

This position is for a January 24, 2022 start.
About the Team
The Corporate Applications team is responsible for delivering software and services to our corporate employees. Your customers will be your FIS colleagues! We have a vast portfolio of applications that are a mix of in-house custom development, 3rd - party tools, and numerous data layer integrations between large data sources. Our focus is on improving the Colleague Experience in the interaction with Technology. We leverage a variety of programming languages and encourage personal growth through innovation. You can look forward to an exciting and dynamic career working on multiple technologies and expect to master various programming languages and technology platforms.
What You Will Be Doing

• You will be assigned to one or more teams in Corporate Applications, joining in-progress projects and support tasks, as well as any projects in initiation during your onboarding.

• You will establish connections with peers and mentors, along with your manager/lead who will provide direction and assignments.
• You will be encouraged to leverage your skills and experiences to advance the objectives of the projects you are assigned, and you will be given specific tasks to deliver the following:
  • Designing solutions, writing code, testing code, automating tests, and deployment.
  • Adopting and mastering multiple programming languages and technologies.
  • Managing individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Delivering software components by working in collaboration with product and design teams.
  • Partnering with other technology teams to ensure integrated end-to-end design and integration.
  • Following existing process guidelines; drives new processes, procedures, team rules, and best practices.

• Bachelor's degree from job discipline
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Self-motivated and willing to learn
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
