The Software Engineer will be a key member on the ServiceNow CoE Team and is responsible for maintaining the ServiceNow platform daily.
You'll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.
Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage functional day-to-day operations of the ServiceNow platform, including:
  • configuration changes
  • user access administration - user criteria, ACLs, internal Secure integrations
  • production support
• MID Server and NAS drive configuration
• ServiceNow integration support
• Interact with ServiceNow vendor via HI portal
• Accountable for instance upgrades, patches, and clone-downs
• Manage Update Sets between ServiceNow environments
• Collaborate with ServiceNow engineers and architects to ensure solutions are developed for quality, resiliency, reusability, and enterprise scalability
• Collaborate with Internal teams across the company to ensure that the ServiceNow configuration and processes support the business needs

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as System Administrator in a large organization
• 2+ Java, JavaScript experience, XLMS, HTML, and Web Services integrations using REST, SOAP, etc.
• Experience working in an Agile project environment with emphasis on frequently delivering functional software releases
• Relational database knowledge in relation to an enterprise software system (Oracle, MS SQL, MySQL, etc.)
• Ability to adapt quickly to learn new tool's, new technologies, and current industry standards
• Problem solving and critical thinking mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in computer science, information systems, or related degree
• Experience in configuring or implementing ServiceNow modules [CMS, Service Catalog, Service Portal, Knowledge]
• ServiceNow Administrator Certification
• Performance Testing
• Automated Test Framework (ATF)

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $64,800 to $116,000. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $71,400 to $127,400.
