Alteryx is looking for a Software Engineer - C++ in the United States (REMOTE is an option).
The Alteryx Cloud Engines group is leading the direction for execution of workflows within our cloud analytics platform. Whether using our proprietary engines, or executing in one of the many supported cloud databases, Alteryx Cloud Engines is committed to the fast and efficient execution that our customers know and love.
Project Description:
Our Photon engine team is focused on delivering a high quality, performant proprietary cloud engine using modern C++ tools and technologies. We're using C++ targeting WebAssembly to deliver a snappy and responsive browser experience, along with expanding the scalability of our internal engine to deliver the performance our users need. Requirements:

• 3+ years of programming experience with C++
• Experience with modern C++ (14 or higher) in a work or personal environment
• Sound understanding of basic algorithms and data structures, along with the ability to use the Standard Template Library to implement them
• Must be passionate about performance and clean, highly testable code
• Experience working in Linux

Relevant Experience/Technologies:

• Test-Driven Development (TDD)
• Cpp Build Tooling (Make/CMake/Conan/vcpkg)
• Containerized Deployments (Docker/Helm/K8s)
• CI/CD Automation (GitLab-CI/GitHub Actions/shell scripting)
• Applying functional programming concepts
• Bonus: Experience with building and optimizing for WebAssembly

Compensation:
Alteryx is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this role is between $88,400 and $130,000. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. This position is also remote-friendly and, as such, compensation will ultimately be in line with the location in which the position is filled.
This role is eligible for variable compensation including bonus and stock grants.
