Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and initiative in the overall coordination of designs, develops, troubleshoots and debugs highly complex software programs for enhancements and new products
  • Responsible for highly complex concept design through the full development life cycle
  • Prepares and conducts systems programming test requiring interfacing and software tests
  • Coaches others in less senior positions

Skills/Knowledge/Experience Considered a Plus:
  • Experience in leading agile team through the agile/SAFe process to in producing superior quality software deliverables meeting business and customer needs
  • Work with agile team refine features and stories, remove team blockers, sprint and PI planning activities
  • Ability to work and negotiate with technical and non-technical coworkers to accomplish goals
  • Requires a passionate interest in keeping current with industry trends and emerging technologies
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence by identifying and implementing process improvements wherever appropriate
  • Strong human relations, leadership, and communication skills
  • Must have knowledge and exposure of AGILE/SAFE
  • Java/J2EE technologies including Spring Boot framework
  • Cloud Native Design, Pivotal Cloud Foundry, API First Development, Test Driven Development
  • API/Web Services: Restful, JSON, SOAP, WSDL, XML, Microservices
  • Knowledge of core API concepts and strategy

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering, or information systems or related field and/or equivalent formal training or work experience. Four (4) years qualifying work experience in information technology or engineering environment. A related advanced degree may offset the related experience requirements.
Domicile: This position will be domiciled in Plano, Texas (Dallas area) and Collierville, Tennessee (Memphis area).
Remote Work: The ability to work remotely within the United States may be available based on business need.
Relocation: Relocation assistance may be available based on business need.
