The Microsoft Intune team delivers mobile device management, mobile application management and desktop computer management solutions from the Azure cloud. Intune securely manages Windows, iOS, and Android from a single, unified mobile solution. Intune is part of the Microsoft Enterprise Mobility + Security Suite (EMS) and Microsoft 365, which is one of the fastest growing enterprise services within Microsoft.ResponsibilitiesWe are a group of supportive team players, working on critical and strategic projects in Intune. The projects require engineers who can deliver robust designs and code across backend microservices. In addition, engineers will be working in a fast-paced agile environment and need to be able to debug and optimize work across numerous services and teams. You will be designing, building, and running cloud services at high scale and availability. You will have end-to-end ownership of scenarios and features and will have the opportunity to have significant impact, to hone your system design skills while working on the latest technologies in Cloud computing, and to collaborate cross team/group/org.Qualifications
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field preferred
- 2+ years software engineering experience developing software
- Expertise in distributed systems and/or big data technologies
- Strong coding, debugging, and problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming language paradigms
- Great communication skills to collaborate cross-group and work effectively within the team
- Experience in developing large scale online service
- Desire to exceed what our customers ask of us
- Passion for contributing to the team culture
