Job Summary:
Provides leadership and initiative in a team environment. Ensures application of systems thinking principles allowing team members to independently design, code, test, and deploy software. Provide the necessary documentation to support the software Development Life Cycle. Develop prototypes and solutions leveraging a diverse range of technology. Apply modern principles, methodologies, tools, and systemic processes to support the launch new business capabilities. Lead the resolution of complex problems. Mentor development of those in less senior positions.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or information systems and two years coding experience in a professional environment OR
Formal completion of a bootcamp certification and two years work experience in operations, business or technical field and two years coding experience in a professional environment OR

Job Specific Information:
This SalesForce - Software Developer III position requires a deep understanding of developing, deploying and organizing SalesForce Tableau CRM and Einstein Analytics dashboards/reports, recipes and flows, SoQL, as well a user-centered design practices using the GUI. Additional details below on desirable experience.

  • Dashboards and Reports - the applicant should possess and describe past experience developing custom dashboards using security predicates, SOQL and other datasets used from the recipe outputs, as well as familiarity with incorporating advanced charts, maps and tables.
  • Data Recipes/Flows - the applicant should possess and describe past experience with all facets of SalesForce Tableau CRM and Einstein Analytics recipe creation, including but not limited to the following
  • Creating efficient joins (Lookup, Left, Right, Outer) with large datasets using standard SalesForce objects as well as external datasets in the millions of records
  • Creating complex and detailed transformations using "multiple row formula" and windowing functions like rank(), dense_rank(), etc.
  • Security Predicates - the applicant should possess and describe past experience incorporating security predication into the datasets used for custom filtering of exclusive content/data based on user roles.
  • Data Connecting and Synching (SalesForce Objects and Custom Data) - the applicant should possess and describe past experience synching large (in the millions) data from SalesForce orgs and external data.


Abilities/Knowledge/Skills Considered a Plus:

  • SalesForce Enterprise Territory Models and related core objects (Territory2, ObjectToTerritory2, etc)
  • Experience with SalesForce Tableau CRM and Einstein Analytics design kit is an additional plus.
