• Join the architecture team as a product architect to support one of Collibra’s products as architecture lead to make sure the product fits in the SaaS vision and follows the architectural principles. 
• You will report to the Director of product architecture and will be part of a central architecture scrum team to improve and help out on all the architectural decision with a focus on your assigned product.
• Acting as one Collibra you’ll help out making decisions and coordinating deliveries by identifying risks, architectural strategies and operational improvements to deliver our software as smoothly as possible with the highest possible quality. 

• Work closely with Product and Engineering Leads to help achieve the business goals and ultimately solve problems of our customers
• Understand Collibra current software design and promote pragmatic changes to continuously evolve into cloud native and microservices architecture
• Act as technical leader, influence others by promoting incremental improvements and can do attitude
• Documenting the architecture current state and the architecture reference, its artifacts, building blocks, non-functional requirements and patterns to be used by development and operational teams
• Reinforce and promote the best development guidelines, processes, tools, design patterns and practices

• Strong experience as a software architect building and evolving SaaS products
• A great development background (8+years), preferably using a similar stack to ours: Java, Spring, Typescript, React, Relational Databases, among others
• Experience and interest with modern methodologies and technologies such as: 12 factor, design patterns, containerization, cloud native infrastructure, horizontal scalability, TDD, performance testing, etc
• You are comfortable working fully in English - we're a global team, and it's the language we share!

• Within your first month, you will understand the product main business value and how it fits within the Collibra Software Landscape
• Within your third month, you will help the team defining next steps and come up with ideas on how to implement new capabilities aligned with the architectural principles
• Within your sixth month, you will own the target architecture of the product, know how the next steps move the current state closer to the target, and are able to extend your workload by taking up architectural tasks outside of the product scope.
