The ideal candidate will be resourceful and a self-starter. They will have have hands-on experience with Cloud, Containerization, Automation, and Java. • Defines requirements and designs and verifies routine architecture, data and information management systems and components
• Prepares design constraints and ensures architecture conforms to requirements. Incorporates architecture functions into software development lifecycle
• Develops and maintains architecture views and models
• Performs assessments of feasibility of architecture solutions and alternatives
• Performs assessment of product suitability for integration into delivery system environments
• Drafts data and information management products and service standards
• Assists with assessment of impact of architectural decisions to product lifecycle
• Supports metric development and management to support quality in delivery and sustainment
• Operates using Agile methodologies (Scrum / SAFe®), both independently and as a team

This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "U.S. Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. "U.S. Person" includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Track record of solving business needs with Information Technology Systems and Integration delivery
• Experience with Technical Writing, Process Analysis, Systems Analysis, and Design Standards
• Experience with Data Fluency and Management, including data architecture, mapping, and transformation modeling
• Experience operating in an Agile environment (Scrum/SAFe®), both independently and as a team

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Hands-on Experience with Cloud, Containerization, and Microservices Architectures and Frameworks
• Hands-on Experience with Application Integration and/or Enterprise Software Design and Build
• IT Systems Engineering, Architecture, and/or Development Background
