WHY BOX NEEDS YOU 

Box is looking for a Snaplogic Developer who can be part of the Enterprise Systems Integrations team. In this role, you will be working with technical leaders and collaborating with Business Systems Analysts to architect, design and build scalable solutions to solve top priority business needs.
The Box Enterprise Systems team has a unique opportunity for you to bring your development expertise and business savvy to work every day. The position requires experience in enterprise integration architecture, API Management, big data workloads and ability to adopt and apply new data design/ingestion patterns. They must understand the role data plays in the enterprise in order to design and architect highly scalable integration jobs.
Reporting to the Sr.Manager, Enterprise Tech Delivery this individual will be a key member of a lean and high impact IT organization with top quality people focused on customer satisfaction, superior execution and delivery.

WHAT YOU'LL DO 

• Analyze & translate functional specifications /user stories into technical specifications.
• 4+ yrs of Development experience in building pipelines, error handling, scheduling tasks & alerts.
• Experience with 5 - 10 end to end implementations in Snaplogic (Develop/Test/ Implementations)
• Integration experience to work with third party/external vendors across all modules and providing solution for Snaplogic design.
• Knowledge to build complex mappings with JSON path expressions, Python scripting.
• Good to have experience in groundplex installations
• Experience with Layer 7 and other integration technologies
• Data Warehouse, PL/SQL, Enterprise Application Integration

WHO YOU ARE 

• Minimum of a B.S. in Computer Science or related degree
• 5 + years of experience in integration development.
• Experience in designing API Management Solutions and very good knowledge of AP Design (Open Specifications), API Security, Management, Life Cycle and Developer Collaboration.
• Experience in asynchronous messaging integrations including point-to-point, distributed and publish/subscribe implementations.
• Hands on experience on multiple integration platforms(Mulesoft, Snaplogic, Workato) – API Management, ESB/SOA, Security Gateway
• Experience in XMLs/XSLTs and Document Transformations.
• Experience working with REST & SOAP API.
• Thorough knowledge of Software Development Life cycle and QA processes.
• Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Certified experience is a preference
