The Identity engineering team builds and manages Microsoft's online identity providers for all of Microsoft's online services and platforms like Azure, Office, Xbox, and HoloLens. We boldly pursue big ideas that power transformational advances in online security and user management. #IdentityJobsResponsibilities

• Experience maintaining mission critical cloud identity infrastructure with Azure Active Directory (AAD)
• Optimize tenant performance and security by developing and enhancing monitoring capabilities
• Respond, investigate, and resolve service issues
• Perform periodic audits to maintain tenant health and security integrity
• Identify opportunities and drive the implementation of automation to improve service health, manageability, reliability, and telemetry
• Author functional and technical documentation
• Collaborate across multiple teams to improve and optimize operational methods, improve infrastructure, and evolve services
• Remain current on new technologies, methods and procedures including, but not limited to, tenant health and security, SRE/DevOps Principles, Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD)

Qualifications

• Experience implementing and supporting Azure Active Directory with integration to on-premises Active Directory for object synchronization and identity federation
• Experience with modern identity solutions such as Azure MFA, Conditional Access Policies and Privileged Identity Management
• Experience in scripting or programming with PowerShell or similar languages

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Math, Engineering or related field, or completion of a Code/Developer academy program
