We are seeking an experienced, innovative, and proactive (SRE). The role will be focused production management for Wealth Management applications providing critical oversight and control functions around change, stability, capacity, and resiliency covering 100s of applications and their underlying infrastructure. It will provide exposure to a wide range of emerging technologies, ability to work with multiple Technology groups, and deliver innovative solutions where we have gaps in key controls.In addition, they will be required to provide such value added services as bridging gaps between our application development, support, and infrastructure teams by providing architecture advisory, application guardianship, ensuring solutions are highly scalable and cost efficient, and that the requiredtools and processes exist to automate/streamline plant management. The position requires highly technical individuals with strong cross discipline skill sets with the ability to work and adapt to dynamic fast-paced environment. Define team and individual goals in line with organizational goals* Must be willing to work in 24*7 environment and take up any escalations from partners for deliverables and provide support to challenge and remove any obstacle.* Verse with SRE and Dev ops concepts* Have experience with public and private cloud management* Work in collaboration with internal technology stakeholders to formulate and deploy strategic plans for providing cost-efficient technology solutions and services* Establish a governance model for defect free delivery for an enterprise level architecture* Identify service improvement opportunities by leveraging incident management reviews, stability trends, Key Performance Indicators (KPI?s) and other sources to identify areas of improvement and drive continual improvement of services and solutions* Align services and practice models to industry standards to promote efficiency and service quality
