Site Reliability Engineer
The Challenge:

As a site reliability engineer on our team, you'll help the Intelligence Communitydevelop more robust systems by building a resilient infrastructure. You'll build in redundancy, implement monitoring tools, and automate wherever possible. You'll reduce toil by scripting routine tasks and automating self-repair. This is your chance to further your skills in cloud technologies while continuing to grow your engineering experience. You Have:

  • 2+ years of experience with Systems Engineering, DevOps, or Agile development
  • Knowledge of creating scripts in Bash, SQL, or Python to automate tasks, or Ansible
  • Ability to apply a systematic problem-solving approach with a sense of ownership, drive, patience, and tolerance
  • Ability to work with engineering and development teams to perform root ca us e analysis
  • Top Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Ability to obtain Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC Certification within 6 months of hire

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience in working with te chn ologies, including Kubernetes, AWS, Keycloak, or Docker Advanced automated script design, coding, debugging, and maintenance, including Bash or Python
  • Experience with talking directly to te chn ical end- us ers with a distributed team
  • Experience with troubleshooting in Linux/RHEL, Unix, networking, scripting and automation, systems administration functions, and application troubleshooting
  • Experience with creating or optimizing deployment or support processes for cloud-based environments on multiple security domains
  • Experience with CI/CD toolsets, including Je nk ins, GitLab, or SonarQube
  • Experience with monitoring and metrics tools, including Promethe us , or Grafana
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph preferred
  • Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC Certification

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.
