The Engineering team at Lemonaid Health is a collaborative team who enjoy working together on big goals. This position is located in the SF Bay Area (remote through January 2022) and reports to the Chief Technology Officer.

What you'll do

• You’ll be tasked with building and maintaining a highly secure, self-sustaining healthcare ecosystem while collaborating with Engineering and Security peers. 
• Own automating, maintaining and scaling our microservices- based cloud infrastructure using Terraform and other modern tools
• Work closely with DevSecOps to create and maintain the highest levels of infrastructure and application security
• Enhance the monitoring and performance of all our systems and be proactive in identifying and addressing any issues
• Provide critical input into the selection, configuration, and implementation of new and existing technology solutions
• Write and maintain technical documentation

What you'll bring

• 2+ years of demonstrable background in building and maintaining highly secure cloud-based systems
• You’re a problem solver with strong analytical abilities, and the ability to identify problems and create solutions
• You live and breathe all things related to system reliability and performance
• Logging, monitoring and alerting is an obsession
• You’re a fast thinker and are able to make good decisions with a sense of urgency
• The ability to communicate with non-technical team members and explain complex concepts in an easy to understand way
• Highly organized and have the ability to juggle many tasks without losing sight of the highest priority items
• Stay focused under pressure, prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously in a very fast-paced environment
• Demonstrate high ownership and ability to drive issues to resolution
• Communicate professionally, tactfully, and kindly while maintaining a high level of confidentiality at all times
