As the Site Reliability Engineer you will be part of a Data Science Infrastructure and Cloud Capability Team that provides infrastructure for several analytics groups, data engineering and analytical engineers. You will be a key resource for both on premise and Azure infrastructure within the team, supporting solutions to enable execution of analytics in a public cloud platform. You will be familiar with data products and compute choices in Azure and on premise while understanding how best to support and manage these resources in an high available environment. We're looking for someone who is a team player, with a passion for technology and ability to learn new technologies and successfully implement innovative solutions.
Primary Responsibilities:

• Implement, configure, and maintain Azure SaaS Cloud Services
• Resolve issues and provide technical assistance on the Azure cloud-hosted environment
• Document issue resolutions and changes in cloud or system configurations
• Develop infrastructure as code using Terraform to manage our cloud subscriptions
• Identify opportunities for automation of existing processes
• Identify opportunities for improvement, optimize performance and scalability of existing solutions
• Collaborate with management, QA, architecture, and other dev teams to deliver against an Agile roadmap of initiatives
• Continue to develop your skills on the job through mentoring and planned self-directed training

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree, ideally in an IT-related field
• 2+ years of experience with containerization and building light docker images (YE03)
• 2+ years of experience with networking and troubleshooting (i.e. App Gateways, DNS, firewalls and/or routing)
• 1+ years of experience with automation using Bash, Python, or Shell
• 1+ years of of IaC (Infrastructure as Code) experience using Cloud formation, PowerShell, or Terraform
• 1+ years of of Cloud Platform engineering, including containers, PaaS and SaaS services, security, and storage
• 1+ years of experience in managing public/private cloud technologies in a large-scale enterprise environment
• Experience using Kubernetes
• Experience resolving package and OS vulnerabilities

Preferred Qualification:

• Experience managing Azure technologies in an enterprise environment

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $82,100 to $146,900. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $90,500 to $161,600.
