What You Will Do

  • Analyze business requirements and assist with solution design.
  • Write technical specifications based on technical requirements and functional specifications.
  • Develop solutions based on customer requirements and system requirements.
  • Configuration and administration of data interfaces utilizing web services.
  • Assist with select quality assurance tasks, including test data preparation, defect root cause analysis and production support.
  • Implement solutions utilizing Siebel Tools, eScript, Workflow, and Open UI.
  • Provide support to existing Siebel application in production.
  • Perform code migration tasks between various instances.
  • Support monthly enhancement and defect releases to production.
  • Assist and resolve escalated software application issues as needed.
  • Troubleshoot defects utilizing Siebel Tools and simulator, reviewing log files, and utilizing Google Chrome developer tools.
  • Adhere to all HIPAA and SOX software development compliance policies and procedures.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned including but not limited to:
  • Attend team meetings, phone conferences, and training as needed.
  • Know, understand, and follow teammate guidelines, employment policies, and department or company procedures.


Skills and Experience You Will Need

Required:
  • 8+ Years of experience developing Siebel applications with minimum version of IP2016 including Siebel Tools, eScript Open UI, JavaScript, and Workflow Manager.
  • 5+ Years of experience Sql Server database experience.
  • Knowledge of software development and the full software development life cycle (SDLC).
  • Performs reviews for code quality, adherence to coding standards, and meeting business requirements.
  • Identify and troubleshoot Siebel application issues.
  • Strong communication, analytical and team skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline or equivalent work experience.

Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods of remaining stationary at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift to 15 lbs., as needed
  • Must be able to work on-site (corporate/client offices), as needed (not applicable for 100% remote roles)
