SharePoint Administrator/Developer

Job Summary:

What You Will Do:

  • Administer SharePoint "out-of-the-box" features such as creating subsites, document management, Power Apps, Power Automate, workflows, and reporting
  • Work closely with business users to review requirements and develop, recommend, and discuss technical designs that meet those requirements and demo solutions to key stakeholders.
  • Manage/lead all SharePoint customization, including custom branding and navigation, configuring and administering search, configuring site collections, and designing security, content type development, and application design and security
  • Assist in design and development of custom solutions for corporate SharePoint intranet site that integrate with Office 365 applications and work across multiple browsers and digital platforms.
  • Support local and global teams to implement content and collaboration tools that are used in conjunction with the intranet.
  • Ensure intranet guidelines and standards are adhered to with a focus on consistency of user experience.
  • Support and train worldwide users across all employee groups and levels to participate in and build a lively and collaborative intranet community.
  • Identify, resolve, and assist in troubleshooting intranet issues and usage of Office 365 business applications.
  • Participate in the design and implementation of methods, procedures, and systems to improve the processing and flow of information within the company.


Basics:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Science or related discipline
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of SharePoint 2016 and Office 365
  • Solid communicator with strong written, verbal, presentation, and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency in HTML, XML, CSS, Javascript and some website design and development knowledge
  • Minimum 3-4 years' experience in working with Sharepoint online and/or Sharepoint on-premise
  • Experience with SharePoint administration and migration from on-premise to SharePoint Online
  • Ability to think creatively about collaboration, knowledge sharing, and employee engagement in a global, mobile organization
  • Experience in coordinating activities and managing relationships with employees, content administrators, stakeholders, and IT teams
  • Good time management skills, able meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changes in project priorities
