As an IBM Application Architect, you directly help clients transform their business and solve complex problems. You will define the scope and vision for projects that deliver customized solutions using your knowledge of IBM platforms. You are a technical leader, serving as a liaison among business partners, technical resources, and project stakeholders.

Your Role and Responsibilities

Workforces increasingly expect better, more personalized user experiences and Human Capital (HC) organizations need integrated HR ecosystems that generate data-driven HR outcomes. IBM is at the center of innovations that are transforming HC organizations and the experiences of their customers.

• In this exciting opportunity as a ServiceNow HRSD Architect, you will be at the forefront of creating innovative solutions for organizations throughout the Federal government and DoD.
• You will partner with strategy, functional, technical, and UX experts to architect, design, and lead ServiceNow HRSD implementations that address the key needs of HC organizations and their workforces.
• You will also demonstrate thought leadership by developing strategic initiatives, creating innovation roadmaps, and partnering with government executives to help them address their needs.
• Architect and design ServiceNow HRSD solutions for clients and customers (40% )
• Lead technical teams in the implementation and operations of HRSD solutions (40%)
• Engage with executive stakeholders to establish strategic roadmaps and provide thought leadership (10%)
• Develop business cases and contribute to business development opportunities (10%)

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Architect and design ServiceNow HRSD solutions
• Experience leading implementations of ServiceNow HRSD solutions
• Experience engaging with client stakeholders and customers to determine solution requirements and improvements
• Experience engaging with client executives to generate roadmaps and recommendations
• Experience creating roadmaps for technical offering growth and innovation
• Understanding and designing integrations and interfaces with other systems
• Understanding and designing data models
• Excellent customer relationship management skills.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• ServiceNow HRSD Certification
• Understanding of other ServiceNow products
• Understanding of other HR technologies (PeopleSoft HCM, Cornerstone On Demand, etc.)
• Experience with Federal agencies, their requirements, and their workflows
