You will help design, build, and support the ServiceNow solution for the network domain within AT&T's.
You will configure and develop custom applications in the ServiceNow system, including creating workflow, using JavaScript to access the ServiceNow APIs.
What will your job look like?

• Analyzes system requirements, design and develop custom ServiceNow solutions
• You will assume ownership and accountability of specific modules within an application, develop, provide technical support and guidance during the project's life cycle
• You will provide problem resolution for critical / complex issues.
• You will ensure that documentation related to specific modules / applications is correct and up to date
• You will maintain quality in the solutions delivered
• You will work to improve performance and stability of the application
• You will communicate effectively/appropriately with internal and external parties

All you need is...

• Bachelor's degree in Science/IT/Computing or equivalent
• 5+ years' experience in software development
• 4+ years' experience developing in ServiceNow
• Experience with the following ServiceNow areas:
  • UI Builder
  • RTE, IRE for data transformation
  • Building new flows using Flow Designer
  • integrating ServiceNow with external systems through SOAP and/or REST web services
  • Experience developing on the ServiceNow platform including creation and/or customization of the core applications
  • Experience with Service Catalog, Asset, CMDB Management
  • ATF
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose problems quickly and communicate proposed solutions
• Ability to work efficiently with the different groups remotely and locally

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification
• ServiceNow OMT knowledge
• OSS domain knowledge
• Agile (Scrum, SAFe) experience
