Summary of Role:

Responsible for leading the development team and driving the business requirements solution in the RTX ServiceNow platform modules, workflows, and integration implementations. Assisting the dev team in solution design, development, management, and support of the enterprise ServiceNow platforms. Gather data from clients, analyze specific processes and overall performance, identify, and create recommendations to improve results, processes and data, while meeting stakeholder goals and expectations.

Responsibilities:• Experience with implementing ServiceNow integrations (Rest API design, web services, database integrations)• Experience with IT Service Management processes• Responsible for application development and support using ServiceNow platform including custom integration using SOAP, REST API, JSON, development of Custom UI Pages, Business rules, Workflows, Macros and Client Scripts• Identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to improve engagement• Knowledgeable in ITSM, CSM and ITBM, and co-related functionality in ServiceNow• Customizing ServiceNow applications and facilitating the roll out of new applications and modules and configure Application UI and Configure Workflow• Working closely with the ServiceNow technical team to convert requirements into design and migration steps• As a Lead, you are responsible for managing a team of analysts, developers, testers, engineers, etc• Demonstrate high degree of work ethics, accountability, versatile experience, and excellent interpersonal skills• Adhere to internal processes and compliance requirements• Collaborate with business analysts and other developers to clarify requirements and identify ways to simplify user experience• Lead quality and testing efforts

Preferred Qualifications:• ServiceNow & ITIL methodologies• Knowledge of how all ITIL practices work together to provide effective service product lifecycle and create business value and positive customer outcomes• Advanced Analysis skills and working with Architects to convey stakeholder functional and technical needs• Experience with small, mid, and large-scale organizational projects• Ability to work effectively at all levels of the organization• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills• Experience in agile software methodologies with excellent communication skills• Strong time management, managing multiple types of scope at the same time• Strong Interpersonal skills and ability to adapt to frequent change

Education

  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum 8 years of experience, or an Advanced Degree and a minimum 5 years experience.

  • US Citizen or US Person required as work may involve visibility to ITAR related projects.
