Description
Cognizant is seeking a strong ServiceNow Developer for an immediate need. This is a client-facing role & the candidate will have regular interactions with various client managers.

Job Description :

• This position is responsible for designing enhancements and new business applications and/or information systems solutions through integration of technical and business requirements serving as technical designer to identify best solution and resulting technical specifications within limits of code environment linking Business Analyst needs and Architect definition to technical solutions.
• continuously assessing existing processes and procedures for improvement opportunities.
• Additional responsibilities include production support and customer incident support.

Required Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of application development experience with tools such as Axway, Edifecs, ServiceNow and extensive knowledge of agile development practices.
• Organization and multi-tasking skills ability to manage multiple projects and tasks.
• Ability to operate effectively under high pressure situations and/or against deadlines
• Strong oral & written communication skills
• Problem solving / analytical skills, tools, and techniques.
• Results-oriented, continuous improvement mindset

• Ability to prioritize and make trade-off decisions.
• Understanding of information security frameworks, incident management/response, security operations, and application security best practices
• Ability to support Incident Response (gathering evidence from logs, etc.)
• Experience with security team operations in complex technical environments
• Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
• Knowledge of emerging technologies
• Experience with system and technology integration for various security technologies
• IT standards, procedures, and policies (e.g., HIPAA)
• Axway, MFT, Edifecs, ServiceNow Preferred
