Your role in helping us shape the future:
Architect, design, engineer, implement and support services and solutions provided by the IT Engineering group (including virtualization, data center, servers, enterprise storage, windows & Linux operating systems, user devices, backup, monitoring and core services). Support requirement analysis, guide the overall architecture, perform technical evaluations, integrate COTS (Commercial Off The Shelf) and custom applications, define solutions, develop processes, perform system engineering functions, and provide technical leadership to the IT Engineering team.
Are you up to the challenge?

• Define, implement, and audit computing infrastructure standards and guidelines for company data centers
• Develop and document system architecture and computing infrastructure for company data centers
• Serve as project engineer, systems engineer and/or systems administrator to support initiatives within the IT Engineering function
• Establish, administer, improve, and standardize system-level architectural design and IT practices for the entire system release cycle in all production areas
• Support strategies, environments, schedules, upgrades, tools, documentation and plans for software and hardware systems in production environments.
• Support efforts to maintain consistency across production environments in the areas of training, documentation, and architecture.
• Support the design of in-house and 3rd party solutions development, highly available architecture and disaster recovery strategies for company operational systems.
• Perform trending analysis and metrics definition in support of improving operations.
• Evaluate systems, performance, and issues to provide recommendations for improvements.
• Provide 24x7 On-Call Support to company datacenters on a rotational basis.

You should definitely have:

• A Bachelor's degree with at least three years of systems engineering experience and in-depth knowledge of systems engineering and system administration best practices
• Previous experience setting up and working with Windows imaging for client and server OS
• Prior involvement with software package and deploy methodologies
• Familiarity with Windows, MAC user OSes, iOS, and android mobile OSes
• An understanding of end point management systems as relating to laptops, desktops, mobile phones etc
• Conversant of application virtualization technology like Citrix XenApp or VMware Thin App

It would be nice if you had:

• Advanced knowledge relating to Active Directory (AD), DNS (Domain Name System), DFS (Distributed File System) Replication and Group Policy Object (GPO)
• Experience with identity and access management and methodologies
