We are looking for a passionate and driven Senior UI Engineer to build our next generation user experience for our Anti Money Laundering (AML) platform. In this full-time position, you'll be working with product managers, engineers, data scientists, solution architects, and designers to define requirements, implement solutions, and test system efficiency and functionality. The successful candidate should be able to work efficiently and effectively throughout the entire SDLC and engage with customers to ensure the solution is meeting defined goals. This position offers a unique opportunity to work with complex solutions that leverage AI and Machine Learning to make an immediate impact in the Financial Services industry.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors/Masters Degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years of UI development experience or related professional experience
• Proficient in React or Angular frameworks and libraries
• Proficient in HTML, CSS in building large scale applications
• Passion for building rich and innovative user experience
• Proficient in front end design
• Experience building Single Page Applications
• Experience with J2EE technologies is a plus
• Strong communication and interaction skills are required

Responsibilities:

• Work with Customers, Product Managers and Engineers to gather requirements and develop features
• Build highly intuitive and navigable user interfaces
• Drive the product independently from inception to deployment with strong focus on performance, quality and security
• Collaborate with Java Engineers to integrate user facing elements with the backend
• Identify and trouble shoot problems
• Able to learn and apply new technologies quickly
• Provide support for production
