Job Description:
Responsible for the planning, coordinating, and delivery of defined deliverables for a larger program which requires engagement from teams across multiple organizations. Communicates the target outcomes, coordinates delivery, manages risks, ensures compliance to standards, and provides visibility into the health of the program. Ensures execution and delivery meets the clients expectations in terms of the target outcomes, timeline, cost. Manages financials for the program, assist with resource planning, and facilitate sync points between business and technology leaders across multiple organizations. Establishes the target outcomes in partnership with the stakeholders and leaders. Establishes and builds relationships with business and technology leaders across multiple organizations, as well as Compliance and Risk. Coordinates and facilitates the program routines - e.g. kick-off, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates, etc. Plans and coordinates delivery and dependencies across multiple organizations. Promotes/facilitates communication and collaboration across organizations to achieve the target outcomes and timeline. Facilitates dependency management/risk management/impediment removal. Responsible to provide status updates to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to the target outcomes, delivery, risks/issues, and schedule. Ensures that execution is aligned with target outcomes by working with the sponsor/stakeholders. Ensures the work delivered complies with Enterprise Change Management standards. Tracks the success metrics and reviews performance with stakeholders and leadership. Manages the financials and assists with resource planning for the program. Provides input to define/improve the Change Management process for the Portfolio. Individual Contributor.

Overview:
Manages the testing efforts for a suite of related applications within the technology environment. Accountable for the successful planning, design and execution of cross-application test efforts. Responsible for coordinating the testing efforts of application specific technical teams, ensuring that the End To End Test Plan is a cohesive whole that satisfies the business requirement, ensuring the quality of the implementation. Provides effort estimations, documentation, status reporting. Maintains the master test plan. Reports issues and blockers early. Coordinates remediation of issues with all stakeholders up and down the reporting hierarchy. Manages testing timelines, to align with project or program goals. Collaborates and shares knowledge while coordinating the efforts of multiple test teams. Provides expertise in the primary function of End to End Test Lead, and may provide input or guidance in other disciplines such as project planning, software development, and other problem solving opportunities such as post production problem resolution.

  • At least 10 years' experience in information technology, with 7+ years of financial services related experience.
  • Motivated and driven tester with a proven track record with a commitment to quality, efficiency, and excellence
  • Financial services systems experience in Corporate / Wholesale Banking and/or Treasury / Cash Management.
  • Interpreting business requirements and technical solutions, applying effective and thorough test solutions.


Team Management & Relationship Skills

  • Drive the success of the test effort, coordinating with application teams and other partners
  • Coordinate all partner team activities as they relate to the goal of defining the test plan
  • Holding frequent design, development, and execution and review/remediation checkpoints
  • Drive partners to optimize opportunities, resolve issues, and see the plan to completion
  • Work effectively in a matrixed organization, with globally distributed stakeholders
  • Identify risks and issues. Communicate same, proactively offering responses
  • Collaborate. Express ideas and solutions, solicit feedback, work to implement the best ideas


Required Skills:

  • Testing methodologies for both large individual applications, and complex cross-application flows.
  • Binding both together to create comprehensive End to End Test Plans
  • Understanding of application designs and patterns, software development processes, implementation readiness, and maintenance as it relates to testability
  • Ability to conceptualize variance in process and scenarios, for example production parallel testing, staged or ramped up implementations and data migrations
  • Data/Test Case Definition, Creation and Automation
  • Experience with SDLC / SW development processes (RUP, Agile, and Waterfall)
  • Ability to learn and adapt.
  • Apply past experience to new situations
