About the Role
Sr Technical program Manager moves fluidly from the big picture to details so that the team can deliver complex and strategic cross-functional projects, often with tight deadlines. You are a bridge and a connector for the company. You are intuitive, focused, driven, organized, insightful and productive. You break through communication issues and effectively develop relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. You build trust across the organization.

What the Candidate Will Do:

  • Manage complex and large scale cross-team, cross-functional initiatives related On-prem Hardware engineering Projects.
  • Define and drive end to end NPI life cycle and its phases
  • Lead communications and coordination across various infrastructure teams as well as partner teams to drive sophisticated, multi-functional programs.
  • Understand technical implementation at a high-level and propose technical alternatives when necessary.
  • Track and report project status, risks, issues, bugs, and driving to resolution
  • Create and communicate accurate program status to increase transparency and awareness and keep stakeholders engaged and up to date with the program.
  • Continuously improve and scale the organization by capturing lessons learned, acting on them and communicating them out for new projects.
  • Manage budget , usage and drive program communications across leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Proactively drive results by identifying communication gaps, managing escalations and providing support to teams.


Basic Qualifications:

  • BS degree in Electrical engineering or related engineering field.
  • 4+ years of relevant experience.
  • Solid background in HW and program management
  • Passion about system architecture and building distributed systems at hyper scale.
  • Good Written and verbal communication skills


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Total Industry experience of 10+ years with a minimum of 3 yrs experience in directly working with new hardware introductions products for infrastructure
  • Minimum of 6+ years' experience as an Engineering program manager or Engineering manager in the Infrastructure hardware area.
  • Technical program management experience at an established company with a strong Product Eng. team.
