Our IT Operations team is responsible for ensuring the enterprise application systems and data meet the needs of our corporate operations and support our customer operations teams. • You use VMware to manage and deploy on-premises systems while also able to leverage Azure, AWS, and other Cloud SaaS systems
• You like researching, piloting, and deployment of new enterprise systems and services

You'll love our Senior Systems Engineer position if: (This is the stuff you MUST have to be a fit)

• You have 10 years of experience with a mix of Windows and Linux server management, storage systems, and network configurations including Active Directory and Group Policy
• You have 7 years of experience deploying and managing Microsoft Exchange (on premise) and other Microsoft data and collaboration platforms such as SQL Server, SharePoint
• You have 5 years’ experience deploying servers and systems on VMware infrastructure,
• You have 5 years’ experience deploying and managing physical on-premise servers
• You have 5 years’ experience with Software and Update deployment tools such as System Center
• You have 5 years’ experience setting up and configuring Application and Network monitoring systems
• You know how to stand up, configure, and recover using Veeam Availability Suite with VMware
• You know how to configure Firewall, Switches, and DNS for Application Delivery
• You have a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related degree

We'll REALLY love you if: (This is the bonus stuff that makes you stand out)

• You have Azure, AWS, and VMware Certification(s)
• You have experience with migrations to and continued management of Office 365
• You have experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager and Jamf for Endpoint Management
• You have experience standing up Splunk or other Log Management/SIEM Tools and Tenable or other Vulnerability Scanning Tools
• You have experience configuring SAML or other Single Sign-on integrations
• You have experience standing up Virtual Desktop Infrastructure
• You have experience managing Microsoft Teams, Slack, Atlassian, GitHub, or Azure DevOps collaboration systems
• You have experience with Microsoft’s Power platform
• You have experience with service or security standards (ITIL, ISO 20000, ISO270001, ISO 270017, CMMI-SVC, or NIST 800-171)

What your day will look like:

• You'll work with IT Operations Manager and other Systems Admins to

• Identify and resolve system performance, vulnerability, or team process issues
• Meet with stakeholders to Research, Pilot, Plan, and Implement system enhancements and refreshes
• Perform technical and documentation upgrades to complete project milestones

• You'll provide day-to-day support of On-Premise and Cloud systems and data while supporting other team members with server, storage, and network systems that keep the lights on!
• You'll also provide leadership and guidance to team members to develop support personnel to handle routine maintenance to enhance team best practices and ensure compliant operations
